Explore our range of decking products for creating attractive, practical and durable outdoor living spaces. Decking is a popular choice for patios, seating areas, garden walkways, raised platforms and landscaped spaces where a clean, level surface is required.
Our decking range includes boards, supporting timber and related accessories for new installations, garden improvements and replacement projects. Whether you are building a compact seating area or a larger outdoor entertaining space, selecting suitable materials and planning the supporting structure carefully will help create a strong and professional finish.
Timber decking provides a natural appearance that works well in both traditional and contemporary gardens. It can be used to create a smooth transition between the home and garden, cover uneven ground or form a raised area around doors, garden rooms and outdoor furniture.
Decking boards are available in selected lengths, profiles and finishes. Always check the individual product dimensions, treatment and intended use before ordering, and include an allowance for cutting, spacing and site adjustments.

Choosing the Right Decking
Choose the decking board profile and finish according to the desired appearance and how the area will be used. Consider foot traffic, exposure, drainage and the amount of maintenance required when planning the installation.
The supporting frame should be built from suitable structural timber with joists spaced correctly for the selected decking boards. Raised decking may require additional posts, bearers, bracing and edge protection depending on the design and finished height.
Calculate the required quantity using the total area of the deck and the coverage of each board. Include an allowance for cutting, board spacing, waste and any pattern changes.
Installation and Care
Prepare a stable, well-drained base before constructing the supporting frame. Keep the frame square, level and adequately supported, and allow suitable gaps between decking boards for drainage and natural timber movement.
Use exterior-grade decking screws and suitable fixings throughout the installation. Where pressure-treated timber is cut or drilled, apply an appropriate end-grain treatment to exposed areas.
Sweep and clean the deck periodically to remove leaves, dirt and standing debris. Timber treatments or decking oils may be applied where appropriate to help maintain the desired appearance.
