The feather edge boards are supported by three robust 75mm x 32mm heavy duty timber back rails. These larger rails provide increased strength across the full width of the panel, helping to reduce movement and maintain its shape after installation.

A weather-capped top rail provides a neat, professional finish while helping to protect the upper edge from direct exposure to rain. The timber is pressure treated brown to improve its resistance to rot, fungal decay and general outdoor weathering. The panel is assembled using 50-micron galvanised nails for strong and corrosion-resistant fixing throughout.
