The 7ft x 12" Concrete Recessed Gravel Board is a strong and durable base board designed for use beneath compatible fence panels. It helps keep timber panels raised away from direct ground contact while providing a neat and substantial finish along the bottom of the fence run.
Manufactured from reinforced concrete, this gravel board is resistant to rot, decay and insect damage. Its recessed profile gives the front face a framed appearance while maintaining the strength required for domestic, commercial and landscaping applications.
With an approximate thickness of 45–55mm, this board is designed for use with compatible slotted concrete posts and suitable fencing systems. The 7ft length makes it useful for wider fence bays or specialist installations where a standard 6ft gravel board is not suitable.

Compatibility
Check that the board length and thickness are compatible with the post spacing and slot dimensions before ordering. The approximate 45–55mm thickness means dimensions may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.
This gravel board should be used only with posts and fencing components capable of accepting its size and weight. Do not force the board into post slots, as this may damage the board or posts.
Installation
Install the gravel board between suitable slotted concrete posts before fitting the fence panel above. Ensure the posts are correctly spaced, level and securely set before lowering the board into position.
Concrete gravel boards are heavy and should be handled by enough people or with suitable lifting equipment. Support the board evenly during lifting to reduce the risk of cracking or impact damage.
Check that the gravel board is level and fully supported before installing the fence panel. Avoid dropping the board into the slots or striking the edges during installation.
