Jacksons Jaktop Criss Cross fence panels offer a traditional yet distinctive appearance, making them a popular choice for front gardens in both suburban and rural settings. The panels feature crossed half-round timber pales arranged in a criss-cross pattern, creating a unique and eye-catching design. Supplied as complete fixed panels with rails, Jaktop panels are easy to install and are designed for use with slotted garden Jakposts.

Panel Construction:

Manufactured from superior quality vacuum pressure treated Jakcure® softwood timber, Jaktop fence panels are built for long-term durability and are backed by a 25-year guarantee. All timber is planed to provide a smooth, high-quality finish.

Stainless steel fixings are used throughout for increased longevity and resistance to corrosion. The traditional design is complemented by robust construction, ensuring both strength and visual appeal.

Installation & Ground Clearance:

Jaktop fence panels should be installed with a minimum clearance of 50mm above ground level to prevent the panel from coming into contact with the ground. When installed at this height, gravel boards are not required, provided there is no ground contact.

Please note that dimensions may increase by up to 6% when first delivered, as the Jakcure® treatment process can temporarily cause the timber to swell. This will stabilise as the timber naturally dries.

Reducing Panel Width:

All Jaktop fence panels are supplied at a standard width of 1.83m. If a narrower panel is required, it can be cut down on site using the Jacksons cut-down kit. Any cut ends must be treated with Jakcure® Cut Treatment to ensure compliance with the 25-year guarantee guidelines.
